We love kids! In the morning, we propose to visit the ‘Essential Old Madrid’, the 16th-17th century Town, centered around the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. It is a quite compact area to walk. We like to include activities to arouse and keep kids entertained.
Kids also love “Chocolate con Churros” It is sweet, creamy, delicate and very tasty!. Its density helps to draw funny moustaches that the children clean with their tongues. Madrid offers the best chocolate with strips of fried dough.
In the afternoon, we propose to guide you through the Prado Museum (focusing on masterpieces that our experience has detected attractive for kids)
Here you are the critic : Just imagine that you could redo ART CRITIC with yourself as the young artist studying paintings in a Museum. What painting would you enjoy studying? How might the painting react to you?
Then we will visit the Retiro Park, a Royal garden within a former royal palace complex. Until 1868 it was the exclusive reserve of the aristocracy. Nowadays, it is the “lungs of Madrid”. There’s a large pond where kids can take a boat ride. Bikes can also be rented for the park visit.
